These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anti-Theft Alarm mobile application (the “App”) operated by Webomax Bilisim Teknolojileri Limited Sirketi (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service The App is designed to help deter unauthorized handling of your mobile device by triggering an alarm when motion or touch is detected. The App is intended for personal security purposes only.

2. No Guarantee of Theft Prevention The App is a deterrent tool and does not guarantee prevention of theft, loss, or damage. We are not responsible for any stolen devices, data loss, or related damages.

3. User Responsibilities You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse the App to harass, harm, or disturb others
• Ensure that alarm usage complies with local laws and public regulations

You are solely responsible for how the App is used.

1. Permissions The App may require access to device features such as motion sensors, notifications, vibration, and audio in order to function properly. These permissions are used solely to provide the App’s core functionality.

2. In-App Purchases The App may offer a one-time purchase to unlock premium features. Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store or process payment information directly.

All purchases are final and subject to the refund policies of the respective app store.

1. Advertisements The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

2. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webomax Bilisim Teknolojileri Limited Sirketi shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of device, data, revenue, or business
• Malfunctions caused by device limitations, battery failure, or system restrictions

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

1. Intellectual Property All content, branding, design, and software related to the App are the property of Webomax Bilisim Teknolojileri Limited Sirketi and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

2. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

3. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
