TryRoom – Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 3, 2026
Effective Date: November 3, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Webomax Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the TryRoom mobile application (the “App”).
TryRoom is an AI-powered personal styling app. You photograph your clothes, the App builds a virtual wardrobe on your device, and AI suggests and pictures outfit combinations.
The short version:
- Your wardrobe, photos, saved looks and settings are stored on your device, not on our servers.
- When you use an AI feature, the photos and text needed for that request are sent through our own server to an AI provider, used to answer that request, and not stored by our server.
- You do not create an account. The App uses an anonymous ID with no name, email address or phone number attached.
- You can delete everything from inside the App: Profile → Privacy → Delete My Data.
- We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
- Clothing photos you take or choose for your wardrobe.
- A full-body photo of yourself, if you choose to add one, used to picture outfits on you.
- Text you type, such as an occasion description (“dinner with friends”) or styling preferences.
- Support chat messages, if you use the in-app support assistant, and your email address, only if you give it so our team can reply to a support ticket.
- Emails you send us.
- An anonymous account ID. On first launch the App signs in anonymously with our server provider (Supabase). This random ID has no name, email or phone number attached. It is used to apply usage limits, to link your subscription, and to delete your server-side records when you ask.
- Usage counters. For each anonymous ID our server counts how many AI requests and outfit images (“styles”) were used per day and per month, to apply the free and Premium limits and to protect the service from abuse.
- Wardrobe details produced by AI analysis (item type, colors, category, season). These are stored on your device.
- Subscription status and purchase records, through Apple or Google and RevenueCat.
- Crash reports and performance data (for example the error, the screen it happened on, device model, operating system and app version), through Sentry.
- Technical request logs on our server (time, request type, which AI model answered, success or error). These do not contain your photos or the text you typed.
- Creator referral data, through InfluTo: a random install ID created by the App, your device platform (iOS or Android), the app version, your anonymous account ID and, if you opened TryRoom from a creator’s link or entered a creator code, that code. See section 4.8.
- We do not ask for your name, phone number or postal address in the App. We ask for an email address only in the support chat, when you want our team to contact you.
- We do not collect payment card or bank details. Payments are handled by Apple or Google.
- We do not collect precise or coarse location, contacts, calendars, health or fitness data.
- We do not use your photos for face recognition or any biometric identification.
- We do not record audio. The App does not use the microphone.
- We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- To provide the App: analyze clothing photos, suggest outfits for an occasion, and generate outfit images.
- To apply plan limits and prevent abuse: count styles and requests per anonymous ID, apply daily safety limits, and pause the AI service if needed.
- To manage subscriptions: confirm whether you have Premium and restore purchases.
- To pay creators who recommend TryRoom: if you came from a creator’s link or entered a creator code, credit that creator with a commission on your subscription. This never changes your price.
- To provide support: answer support chat messages and emails.
- To keep the App working: find and fix crashes and errors.
We do not use your photos or text to train AI models, and we do not sell or rent your information.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
3.1 On your device
Your wardrobe items, clothing photos, your full-body photo, generated outfit images, saved looks, styling history and settings are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers or to cloud storage. If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it, unless your device’s own backup (for example iCloud or Google backup) has a copy.
3.2 On our server
Our server runs on Supabase (Supabase, Inc.), hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). It stores only:
- your anonymous account ID,
- your usage counters (requests and styles per day and per month),
- a cached copy of your subscription status, and
- short-lived technical request logs.
When you use an AI feature, your photos and text pass through this server on their way to the AI provider. The server does not save them.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We share data only with the service providers below, and only what each needs to do its job.
4.1 Google LLC (Gemini AI) — main AI provider
- Purpose: analyze clothing photos, create style suggestions and generate outfit images.
- Data shared (only for the request you make): clothing photos, your full-body photo (if you added one and create outfit images), occasion text and clothing details.
- We use Google’s paid Gemini API. Under Google’s terms for paid services, prompts and responses are not used to improve Google’s products. Google may keep data for a limited period to detect abuse.
- Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
4.2 OpenRouter, Inc. — backup AI provider
- Purpose: used only when Google is unavailable, so the App keeps working.
- Data shared: the same request that would have gone to Google. OpenRouter sends requests that include photos to Google models, and text-only requests to OpenAI models.
- Privacy policy: https://openrouter.ai/privacy
4.3 OpenAI — backup for text, and support replies, through OpenRouter
- Purpose: answering text-only styling requests when Google is unavailable, and writing support chat replies.
- Data shared: text only (occasion text, clothing details, support messages). OpenAI never receives your photos from TryRoom.
- Privacy policy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
4.4 Supabase, Inc. — our server
- Purpose: anonymous sign-in, usage limits, and passing AI requests to the providers above.
- Data shared: anonymous account ID, usage counters, and the AI requests passing through.
- Hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy
4.5 n8n (support automation, run by us)
- Purpose: the in-app support assistant.
- Data shared: your support messages, your anonymous account ID, device platform (iOS or Android) and app version. Our support automation sends the conversation to OpenRouter, which uses an OpenAI model to write the reply. Support conversation history may be kept so the assistant can follow the conversation.
- If the assistant cannot answer, it may ask for your email address and save a support ticket (a short summary of your request, your email address, your anonymous account ID and a priority) in Airtable, so our team can reply.
- Support chat asks for your separate consent before your first message.
4.6 Airtable, Inc. — support tickets
- Purpose: storing support tickets so our team can follow up.
- Data shared: ticket summary, the email address you gave, your anonymous account ID and priority. Only created when you ask for help from our team in the support chat.
- Privacy policy: https://www.airtable.com/company/privacy
4.7 RevenueCat, Inc. — subscriptions
- Purpose: manage subscriptions and check whether you have Premium.
- Data shared: your anonymous account ID, purchase and subscription records, device type and app version.
- Privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
4.8 InfluTo — creator referral program
- Purpose: some creators recommend TryRoom with a link or a creator code. InfluTo tells us whether your install came from a creator’s link or a code you entered, so that creator can earn a commission from your subscription. Your price is the same with or without a code.
- Data shared: a random install ID created by the App, device platform (iOS or Android), app version, your anonymous account ID, and the creator code if there is one. Like any internet service, InfluTo also sees your IP address; it uses it to match a recent tap on a creator’s link to your install (within 72 hours), to determine your country and to prevent fraud. When you subscribe, renew or receive a refund, RevenueCat tells InfluTo about that subscription event (product, price and date) for your anonymous account ID, so the commission can be calculated.
- InfluTo does not receive your photos, wardrobe, text, name or email address. It does not use advertising identifiers and does not track you across other apps or websites. Creators never see who you are.
- InfluTo is based in the Czech Republic and its servers are in the European Union. Privacy policy: https://influ.to/privacy
4.9 Apple and Google — app stores and payments
4.10 Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — crash reporting
- Purpose: find and fix crashes and errors.
- Data shared: crash logs, error details, device model, operating system, app version and performance traces. We do not send your photos or the text you type to Sentry.
- Privacy policy: https://sentry.io/privacy/
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the service.
5. Your Consent for AI Processing
Before the App sends anything to an AI provider for the first time, it shows a Data Sharing Consent screen that names the providers and the data sent. Nothing is sent until you agree. If the providers change, the App asks you again.
You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: use Profile → Privacy → Delete My Data, which also clears your consent, or email us at info@webomax.net. After that, AI features stop until you agree again. Withdrawing consent does not undo requests already made.
The support chat has its own separate consent, which you can withdraw the same way.

7. Your Rights and Choices
- Delete everything: Profile → Privacy → Delete My Data deletes your wardrobe, photos, looks, history, settings and any creator code on the device, and your anonymous account and usage records on our server. This cannot be undone. It does not cancel a subscription.
- Delete single items: remove any wardrobe item or saved look at any time.
- Withdraw consent: Profile → Privacy → Delete My Data, or email us.
- Subscription records held by RevenueCat, creator referral records held by InfluTo, support conversations and support tickets: email us to have them deleted.
- Manage your subscription: iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
7.1 EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Our legal bases are:
- Consent: sending your photos and text to AI providers, and support chat.
- Contract: providing the App and your subscription.
- Legitimate interests: usage limits, abuse prevention, security, crash reporting, and crediting the creator who recommended TryRoom to you.
7.2 California (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To use any of these rights, use Delete My Data in the App or email us (see Contact Us). Because we do not know who you are, we may ask for details that help us find your records, such as the date of a purchase.
8. International Data Transfers
Our server is in the EU. Some providers (Google, OpenRouter, OpenAI, Airtable, RevenueCat, Sentry, Apple) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
9. Security
- All traffic between the App, our server and providers uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
- AI provider keys are kept only on our server, never in the App.
- Every AI request must come from a signed-in (anonymous) session and is subject to usage limits.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users and authorities of a data breach where the law requires it.
10. Children’s Privacy
TryRoom is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App and shared personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will change the “Last Updated” date above and, for important changes (for example a new AI provider), tell you in the App and ask for your consent again where required.
